Podere Pescia is a recently restored farmhouse of the early 19th century. It is divided into four fully fitted housing units with antique furniture and several furnishing elements and decorations.
They all have an independent entrance and a private outdoor space.
Podere Pescia is located in the Umbria region between Lake Trasimeno and Tuscany, where the countryside is slightly hilly, with a splendid view on Lake Trasimeno and the surrounding medieval villages: Castiglione del Lago, Paciano, Panicale and Cortona.
Sings of ancient times are visible in the stone and brick masonry, in the pigeon turret and in the small bell tower embellishing the farmhouse precincts.
Flats are extremely comfortable with terracotta floors, wooden trusses on the ceiling, a fireplace and antique furniture charming the guests’ eyes with the signs of a glorious past for them to enjoy
